Yesterday DAUK welcomed an important announcement from the GMC on fees during maternity and shared parental leave. The announcement came about as a result of lobbying by Dr Elizabeth Toberty a GP on DAUK’s GP advisory committee and will mean many more doctors will rightly qualify for reduced fees.
