NHS staff in England have effectively suffered from a pay-cut in real terms over the last decade.

Qualified doctors are leaving NHS for better pay and conditions which is leading to understaffing and causing patient safety issues.

The Doctors’ Association UK is campaigning for a pay restoration so that future doctors don’t have to struggle with paying their bills and student loans and feel valued within the NHS.

It is a political choice to pay doctors fairly or not... 2 weeks of the 350 million from Brexit would fund NHS doctors' pay restoration
